A distinguished panel of international speakers has agreed to talk about the default situations in their countries in the event of insolvency or receivership. This will be followed by the same distinguished panel indicating what one party can do to protect themselves against insolvency of the counter-party – indicating what is allowable and what not. We shall wrap up the day with some war stories to give us some examples of what has gone wrong in real life – and on the positive note - what has gone right!
